I can't believe the year is half gone already! And I am a little surprised that I have been so steady with this photo-a-day project. It must have been the right thing at the right time - I am enjoying it so much, and I like the way it allows me to express myself. I think I must have been looking for just this outlet!

The Ocean Spray is filling out fast, now. The blooms begin with the flowers wrapped tightly in tiny balls, then they begin expanding and unfolding into millions of tiny flowers, looking like the froth and foam when the waves break. The bushes grow 10-12 feet tall around the edges of the woods.
