This sounded good - someone posted it online, so I decided to give it a go. Regular oatmeal, greek yogurt, and skim milk. Mix 1/4 cup of the first two, 1/3 cup of the milk together in a small jar. Cover and shake together. Add sweetener - honey, maple syrup or whatever, and fruit, stir and cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight. It makes an "oatmeal porridge" for breakfast the next day.
I used honey and some of the black huckleberries that were in the freezer, and it came out pretty tasty. I did add a bit more honey. But it's a nice consistancy, and tasted great. The recipe said you could prepare it and freeze, then when you're ready, put it in the fridge overnight to thaw. Pretty handy!

You can also add Chia seeds, or nuts, or quinoa, or just about anything else that sounds good!

This is very good. I make it with Kefir, oatmeal, chia seed and fruit.
No sweetener. I found it on A Cultured Life.
