For some reason I didn't get outside yesterday at all, and today only after dark. The weather has finally turned - it has been breezy, dark and wet all day. But with the cloud cover, it is much warmer after the sun goes down, so I got a pleasant walk down the road and back. It wasn't very late - the sun goes down so early now, and it will keep getting earlier for the next 2 months! Oh, those short winter days! But the house is light and welcoming as I return through the lawn.
