Had a looong day today, going through the two shop buildings and selling all of the tools and equipment to another welding shop owner, who is the son of one of our old friends. It was good to finish that part of my life, but hard at the same time. Later, a little stroll around the back yard yielded some photos of the madronna bark beginning it's annual peeling process, and showing that it's also the time the spiders really step up their activities, too.
My variegated Buddlia is finally blooming - it is slower than elsewhere, probably doesn't get quite enough sun.
