This Pipsissewa is a shy little flower, hiding it's blushing blooms at the ends of nodding stems.
When you hold them up, you can see the lovely flower.
Blooming around them are the twin-flowers, delicate little bells, two to a stem, popping up through the lush mosses.

The mosses are blooming, too -  a veritable miniature forest.
All of this takes place in a magical section of the woods, where the forest floor is carpeted with moss, and sunlight streams through the branches of the fir trees to highlight the salal and huckleberry undergrowth.
