 Sunny and almost warm by late afternoon. In the swamp, the bright sunlight created sharp reflections of mossy logs and highlighted the bright yellow-green of the new leaves. I love the tangled branches and trees that create spots of light and shadows.

And I forgot to add these photos yesterday - this poor robin spent most of the day attacking the sliding glass door. I finally had enough, and went to wake up the cat. He was sleepy and grumpy until he caught sight of the bird, then he got down to business! His very presence was enough to finally convince the robin that this wasn't such a great idea. Thankfully he hasn't come back yet! They can get quite territorial in the spring.
