Haven't made quiche in quite some time-might just have to do that! I use canadian bacon, so the ham would make an excellent replacement.
I saute onion in a bit of butter add the c bacon, put in pie shell with a cup of wild rice and pour eggs in. Can just taste it! Thanks for making me think of quiche.
