We're finally due for some nice weather, and today wasn't so bad. From the ferry, Hat Island attracted a spotlight of sunshine out of the cloudy sky. And it actually cleared up for the cresent moon later.
It was the monthly meeting of the Northwest Basket Weavers guild, and tonight Sally Anaya taught a little votive candle holder, woven in the Nantucket way. It was a fun, quick project, and we can add some embellishments at home.
