Thursday Art day - well, I forgot to take a photo there, but we had a nice time as usual, gossiping, sharing books and projects, and actually getting a little bit of work done! On the way home, I stopped at Freeland Park to find a pair of eagles perched high above the road, surveying the low tidelands. With a sudden screech, one of them flew off.
A variety of birds were taking advantage of the beach; gulls, crows, mallard ducks, and this Great Blue Heron.
