And, of course, it doesn't really go with my garden of blue, white and purples. But then again I get all sorts of flowers that volunteer, and they don't always go, either. As a whole, though, it usually works out.
David is working on a retaining/planter wall made out of old hot water tanks. He got the first ones in place, and I planted herbs in them today. He'll eventually extend them all around the base of this hill, and fill in behind them with soil, so there will be a garden bed there, too. Hills are always hard to work with, so this will be really nice!
And, speaking of nice - what could be better than a dog rolling in the grass? Doesn't Buzz look happy? We're all loving this nice weather.
