I'm always looking for that unusual shot when I'm on the ferry, and this is a view through a hole in the bulkhead looking out of the car deck. It's fun, but kind of hard to figure out what you're seeing. I was on my way to my guild meeting of the Northwest Basket Weavers.

Sylvia White, on the left, was the speaker, and she talked about using recycled materials for baskets. She is yukking it up with Miggie and Pat while showing some examples of baskets made with venetian blinds, which were cut into narrow strips. The black and white basket sports decorations from old computer parts - most noticeably, the fan and motor.

Here she is addressing the group - you can see how well they pay attention!
