As predicted yesterday, this little pond area next to the drive has filled up, and is flowing through the culvert. Compare to the last photo on yesterday's post. We haven't received any more rain today, but there is still a lot of water moving. Here on the Island, things are pretty much back to normal, but elsewhere in the state places are still under water, rivers have crested and are slowly starting to go down, roads are still flooded, lots of landslides and washouts have happened, bridges are gone. It will take quite a while to clean up and repair....my heart goes out to all those people....
