Typical late winter/early spring day - windy, showers, sun! The flowering plum just burst into bloom. The tree is strange - we thought it was just decorative, but one year there were a few red plums, quite tasty. Then, the next year there were a lot of red plums! The flesh is bright red, and they're really good. We had enough to make jams, and we eat as many fresh as we can, but of course they all come ripe at once. And, it certainly looks like it will be loaded this year, too.
